important: by downloading, installing, or using the Calb mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. please read them carefully.
1. app overview
Calb is a mobile application that uses AI to help you track your daily calorie intake and workouts. Using your device's camera, Calb identifies food items and estimates nutritional content. The app also includes an AI-powered workout tracker where you can log exercises, track reps and sets, and monitor your fitness progress. Calb features a food log, macro tracking, workout history, analytics, streak tracking, and customizable goals. Calb offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
2. subscription services
2.1 available subscriptions
Calb Pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- weekly subscription: $4.99 per week
- yearly subscription: $39.99 per year (best value - save 85%!)

2.2 subscription features

2.3 auto-renewal terms
important subscription information:
- subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
- yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
- you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings after purchase
3. payment and billing
3.1 payment processing
all subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (apple app store or google play store). payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.
3.2 price changes
we reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.
4. cancellation policy
4.1 how to cancel
for iOS users:
- open the settings app on your iphone or ipad
- tap your name at the top
- tap "subscriptions"
- find Calb and tap it
- tap "cancel subscription"
for android users:
- open the google play store app
- tap menu → subscriptions
- find Calb and tap it
- tap "cancel subscription"
4.2 cancellation terms
- you can cancel your subscription at any time
- cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- you will continue to have access to pro features until the end of the paid period
- no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period
5. refund policy
all sales are final. refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:
- iOS: submit refund requests through apple's report a problem website at reportaproblem.apple.com
- android: request refunds through google play store customer service
Calb does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.
6. free trial (if applicable)
if a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. free trials are limited to one per user.
7. user responsibilities
- use the app responsibly and as intended for tracking food intake and physical activity
- maintain the security of your account preferences and data
- use the app in accordance with these terms
- not share your pro account access with others
- not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- not attempt to manipulate calorie or workout data through unauthorized means
- respect intellectual property rights of all app content and design
8. AI food scanning — accuracy disclaimer
important notice:
- AI food recognition provides estimates only and may not be 100% accurate
- portion sizes and nutritional values are approximations
- do not rely on Calb's nutritional data for medical, clinical, or therapeutic dietary purposes
- always verify nutritional information with certified nutritional labels where accuracy is critical
- Calb is a convenience tool, not a substitute for professional dietary advice
9. health and safety
9.1 nutrition and diet
dietary guidance:
- Calb is a motivational tracking tool, not a medical nutrition or diet device
- consult a registered dietitian or healthcare professional before starting a new diet plan
- do not use Calb to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition
- if you have a history of disordered eating, please consult a professional before using calorie-tracking apps
9.2 exercise and workouts
- consult a healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program
- do not overexert yourself in pursuit of workout goals
- if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop and seek medical advice
- Calb workout tracking is for personal logging purposes and does not constitute professional fitness coaching
10. data and privacy
your privacy is important to us. please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including food scan data, health permissions, and app preferences.
11. content usage and restrictions
important notice:
- all app artwork, animations, UI design, and visual content in Calb are protected by copyright
- content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
- you may not extract, copy, redistribute, or reuse visual assets from the app
- your personal food log and workout data belongs to you
- cloud sync is for backup purposes only and does not grant ownership of app content
12. age requirements
Calb is suitable for all ages. users under 18 should obtain parental consent before subscribing to Calb Pro. users under 13 should use the app only with parental supervision.
13. cloud sync and data storage
- cloud sync is a premium feature available to pro subscribers
- synced data includes food logs, workout history, streaks, and app preferences
- we do not guarantee permanent storage of cloud data
- you are responsible for maintaining local backups of important data
- we may delete cloud data after extended periods of account inactivity
14. termination
we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Calb at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.
15. updates to terms
we may update these terms of use from time to time. changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. limitation of liability
Calb and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- physical injury resulting from exercise or diet changes
- inaccurate calorie or nutritional data from AI food scanning
- data loss or technical issues
- lost workout or food log progress due to technical failures
- any reliance on the app for medical, clinical, or dietary purposes
17. disclaimer of warranties
Calb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
- accuracy of AI food recognition or nutritional estimates
- specific health or fitness results from using the app
- compatibility with all devices or operating systems
- permanent availability of any specific features
- that calorie or workout goals will improve health or fitness outcomes
18. technical support
we provide technical support for app functionality, subscription management, and food/workout tracking issues. support does not include device troubleshooting, third-party app integration, or personalized nutrition or fitness advice.
19. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the united states. any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
20. entire agreement
these terms of use, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calb regarding use of the app.
